The Board of Directors met on 22^nd December, 2021 under the chairmanship of Mr. Horani to approve the new Governance and Organisation of HPS Group.

In recent years, the Group has experienced very strong growth but also deep transformations with new activities, new offices or new acquisitions (IPRC and ICPS).

In this context and with more than 800 employees today, it has become essential to enhance our organization in order to optimize synergies between the various activities while preserving our agility and our innovation’s capabilities.
