PowerCARD-CMS supports all types of cards, from Credit, Charge and Debit, to Instalment, Prepaid, Co-branded, Loyalty, Store cards, and Virtual cards.

PowerCARD-CMS maintains a rich customer database, which enables the system to issue new lost/stolen cards and PIN mailers, automatically reissue expired cards and issue emergency cards on customers request.

PowerCARD-CMS allows, in a highly secured way, to ask for a card production (Cards Embossing / Encoding , authentication values, PIN code calculation, etc.). The card production file contains all required information for magnetic stripe technology as well as for smart card technology according to EMV standards or private label standards. The rich functionalities of PowerCARD-CMS enables the management of Cardholder accounts along with the appropriate calculation of fees and interests, the associated insurance programs.

Credit Module

The PowerCARD-CMS Credit module enables the management of different accounts:

	Revolving Credit, where the payment is done gradually as a minimum due representing part of balance (fixed, percentage, minimum and maximum),
	Charge, where the payment is made in total,
	Instalment loans, where the payment is made according the a payment plan chosen by the customer.

Collection

The PowerCARD-CMS system has tools designed to perform efficiently the credit collection. It also enables to follow any overdue and outstanding payments.

Loyalty

PowerCARD-CMS manages the loyalty schemes for different types of cards. The system calculates rewards depending on various criteria (type of transaction, type of merchant / distributor, transaction amount, events, etc.). These loyalty programs can be applied to all or selected distributors or merchants.

Fraud Monitoring

In order to prevent fraudulent authentication values, PIN code use of cards, PowerCARD-CMS offers the benefits of its expertise in this domain through a wide range of Real Time functions (Attempts monitoring, Card prefixes monitoring, Stop listed cards, Invalid CVV, Geographical variance, Referrals, Keyed in authorization, etc.)

PowerCARD-CMS is also able to stop all suspicious activities of cardholders by managing the stop list according the following criteria:

	Card Number,
	Card Range,
	BIN,
	Mask,
	Country,
	Merchant Category Codes.
