Quality Management System
At the end of 2002, HPS decided to launch a vast program intended to set up a Quality Management System according to the International Standard ISO 9001 version 2000.
This project aims to organize and structure our work methods and management system according to the Standard and job requirements, and above all, to our clients' expectations. The main objective of our quality approach is to satisfy our clients and partners. It will enable us to demonstrate our professionalism and to continually improve ourselves.

The commitment of all the personnel in this large-scale project was concluded by the signature of the Quality charter, whose terms are the following:
