HPS, a major actor of the payment systems software industry, announces the non-completion of the merger project with S2M, initiated last November.

The merger process could not be completed due to the non fulfillment of the suspensive conditions provided by the agreement signed on 25 November 2008.

HPS continues its development and the implementation of its strategy to consolidate its position.
