According to The Nison Report, number 829 - march 2005 : " HIGHTECH PAYMENT SYSTEMS is offering telecom operators "Bill-Top-Up" which lets customers add minutes to prepaid mobile phone accounts. The HPS PowerCARD e-payment plateform form telecom operators, issuers, and merchant processing networks can acquire transactions from ATMs, POS terminals, mobile phones, and the Internet."
